  • Cartzy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, Section 44).
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Defective or damaged products are covered under the 6-month warranty provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
