At Cartzy, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 7 days (as per the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, Section 44) to cancel your purchase for any reason.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Some products (e.g., hygiene items, personal care, or perishable goods) cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to reflect.
3. Exchanges
- If the product is defective or damaged on delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Faulty goods are covered by the 6-month warranty under the Consumer Protection Act.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. How to Return

- Our support team will provide instructions and courier options.
