1. Returns

  • You have 7 days (as per the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, Section 44) to cancel your purchase for any reason.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Some products (e.g., hygiene items, personal care, or perishable goods) cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to reflect.

3. Exchanges

  • If the product is defective or damaged on delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Faulty goods are covered by the 6-month warranty under the Consumer Protection Act.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
